Want to focus on getting stronger? Train in small groups of 5-6 people in a strongman-style boot camp.

Small group is for both non-competitive lifters and anyone looking to use strongman as an effective means to increase general physical strength and athleticism. These sessions integrate general strength training and sports-specific training. Participants will become technically proficient in using the strongman implements, learn the advanced technical aspects in the Overhead Press, Deadlift, Squat and Bench Press, use ECWC supplemental lifts to attack kinetic weaknesses, accessory work to prevent and manage soft tissue damage and enhance speed and stride mechanics in moving with and without weights and odd objects.
