Final Round Conditioning - located in Costa Mesa, California in the heart of Orange County is for professional, amateur and recreational fighters in mixed martial arts (MMA), boxing, brazilian jiu jitsu (BJJ) and wrestling who take their training seriously and strive to make the most out of their technical skills by pushing the pace on their opponents. Our program is guaranteed to improve your performance in the ring, cage or on the mat by increasing your physical stamina, power and three-dimensional strength.
Our program will not only improve a fighter’s endurance, it will elevate core strength that will allow fighters to deliver more striking power by eliminating weaknesses in the kinetic chain and will increase forearm and static grip strength to improve punching power and wrist control. Final Round Conditioning will also drastically improve a fighter’s ability and confidence to push the pace on their opponents, increase mobility in takedown and sprawling, avoiding mount, increase brute strength to avoid takedowns and imposing a fighter’s will on their opponent in pummeling situations.
Our fighters will leave every session knowing that they are training harder, smarter and specifically to outpower and outwork their opponents through the duration of the match.
