Rutherford, NJ–(PRESS RELEASE)—Rutherford High School announced that it has chosen East Coast/West Coast Strength Speed & Conditioning to establish and maintain a new athletic performance regiment for each of its teams starting January 2008.
East Coast/West Coast will implement its program 4-5 sessions per day and 4-5 days per week in order to accommodate its 15+ squads, including baseball, softball, girls & boys basketball, swimming, track & field, tennis, volleyball, cheerleading, etc. Head Strength Coach – Cameron Gardner, C.S.C.S. commented, “We are very excited about executing our program in Rutherford and we look forward to seeing the successes of all of the teams and athletes that take advantage of our program.” Rutherford H.S. Athletic Director, Dave Frazier was responsible for finding East Coast/West Coast to employ its innovative performance enhancement services to the high school.
